Workplace equality and improved provisions

Trade unions have campaigned for workplace equality and improved provisions such as maternity leave, flexible working rights, menopause support and equal pay and are a good source of advice, training and good practice guides such as the NEU Toolkit on Preventing sexism & sexual harassment.

At the same time, unions are recognizing that they also need to tackle misogyny within their movements, with reports and media analysis highlighting opportunities to make improvements.
